I was wondering if you guys are ever going to re add the west proxy because I get like 120 ping and the na proxy and I would love if you guys would add the west proxy.

I'm pretty sure Gberry and Archy have stated multiple times if the west proxy were to come back, it wouldn't be until 2017.

-1, West was rushed but it's a waste of money, because the proxy is moving to chigaco in 2017, get a new router I doubt you should be getting 120ms even if you live in NA, or just play AU

both of those options are stupid and wouldn't help or make it worse

Obviously, having a proxy closer to your location will help boost your ping. However that doesn't always make gameplay "better". As already stated. west was rushed and did not gain enough retention from the general community. It will be brought back if and only if Berry and Archy can justify and find a place for it on our network.

I live on the West Coast and get 90-120ms consistently to NA East, so that number sounds about right. But suggesting AU is bad news; it may seem closer, but the ping to AU is mid200s…

As much as I'd like to see the West proxy be a thing, I'd just suck it up until Chicago rolls out and that will probably be the best solution.

A new router would cause minimal ping difference and AU is farther away from NaEast.

I don't even think bringing back West is gonna be needed because servers are gonna be moving to Dallas (plz) or Chicago (i dont mind this but i would love 10 ping)

I live in the far northwest US and get 75 ping to NA East…
