/changeemail command not successfully changing email

I recently deleted my other gaming email that my Badlion Forum account was tied to, and recently tried to transfer it over to my new one. However, when I tried /changeemail <email> and confirmed my account, I received an error that the "Account was already registered; try again" and my email was not changed.Is there any way I would be able to change my email?
