Allowed?

My fellow Mac users will know about this (likely), and I want to ask if this is allowed…on Mac the system has a control left-click programmed to a right click. It is a system thing and impossible to change. So is blocking up using control left-click considered illegal? Obviously control-left and right at the same time is illegal because it's multiple keys for one action…TLDR: am I allowed to use multiple buttons for same action but only use one at a time?

Macroing is the other-way around… pressing 1 button to do the actions of two.
Pressing two buttons to do 1 thing is allowed .-.
