I'm muted?!!

I've been muted last night for "Homophobic Slurs", but the next day, i try again but i get a message like this: https://gyazo.com/5cb1efdfc15dd2c0590f5ceecaae55bdI was supposed to be banned for 3 hours but now it doesn't say the length of the mute anymore.
Please help me ;-;
