So a friend of me got (in his opinion falsely) banned and now he can't appeal because a friend played on his account who is currently IP-banned.
Is there no way for him to get a small chance to get unbanned?

He can try appealing it won't go well :/ as others said his account his responsibility

Plead guilty if the IP banned player played on it. He is guilty, his account, his responsibility. Be 100% honest with what happened, do NOT lie and you will almost surely get unbanned.
