Take a look at the stats. 0 wins, 3 losses. Then look at the actual matches. There's 1 match (due to a very legit minemen) and no other 2 matches.
You get the point. No idea how to replicate it.
Edit: After playing for a bit longer, it looks like everything is inputted three times. Including messages

I only played one match. Almost everything is being input three times.
