S14 is a perfect example on how Servers should work with the community.Badlion first published S13 and introduced the new Rating System, which is better than elo.
But there still where issues with s13, which the community complained about.
Badlion took notice of These issues and fixed them how the community wanted it to be having in mind to Keep the mmr System.
They closed s13 as fast as possible and made s14.
Now s14 is a good mix of expert based and comminity based ideas.
ArenePvP is on a very good way to get even bigger.
