Nope, the twitter poll showed 70+% in favor of a non-singapore location. In addition Japan by itself has more donations than all of the Asia Pacific region combined times 2.The original location was supposed to be Japan, then we tried something in Singapore, now Japan is being given a chance as it should have been from the start.
If Japan starts getting more players online than Singapore did then that is the end of the discussion. From what I am seeing the asian region is now growing instead of shrinking/staying constant.
ArchyEdit: It already has consistently had more players then the Singapore location
