AU is a minor region population wise, and the host there is pretty bad from what I hear, so it gets less attention than the other regions. On top of that, the percentage of AU staff is small compared to other regions. We need more AU staff, and if any of you on this thread would make the effort to apply that would be awesome.As for a community manager, none of the other regions have an official community manager. You haven't really sold me on why that would improve things.

There are tonnes of staff on AU(Other than on Arena, theres like 2 or 3 on arena), enough to get all the games claimed at least. And in regards to your comment nzfluid the pot community is extremely small on AU Badlion (Pretty much all just play minecorner and keanu stuff like that) and most people who play arena on bl also play UHC and its one big community. Usually when there is downtime its usually reported tbh but yeah I personally feel we arent as immersed into the community as we used to and there a seperation between the communication of players and staff. A community manager who could make events and bring the staff and players closer together and improve AU in whole would be awesome.

The point is Keanu is about to release, Minecorner fixed their practice, a few other HCF networks are fixing their prac servers and Badlion is losing almost all of its PotPvP community in the next few months (most popular months of the year). Summer break is coming soon and most people like to play then, I wan't to play Badlion but the community hates it because we get treated like shit.
If EU went offline for 0.01 seconds there would be an announcement, people would ask questions on the forums and they would be answered… I hate Badlion because the server lags with as low as 0.3 TPS at times, the server is offline every second week and none of the admins want to comment, GBerry never says anything and all the old Kohi staff are releasing a server. I don't care if Badlion fixes AU in 3 months, it needs to be now or everyone will leave again and it will be just UHC players left.
From my point of view, I donated for a laggy box, offline server, no support and snarchy comments from toxic NA players. I would rather invest money on a server where if I put time into a forum post the owners or admins would leave an oppinion, would listen to my concerns or leave updates about why everything is broken.

AU has so many stupid problems and none of the owners have time to deal with it, it needs to be someones job.

We actually will be looking into some community managers for multiple regions/languages soon.Watch for an application publically.
