it depends of what mouse you use but the principle is always similar1. you need to learn how to vibrate your ass
2. constrict your elbow
3. try clicking as fast as you can but don't touch your mouse with your palm, only with 1 finger and practice like that for a few weeks (here www.badlion.net/click)
4. try the same thing but this time put your whole palm and relax
4. lower your mc sensitivity
5. get used to play like that
after you learn to jitter&aim you should be atleast 30% better
