The Asia host is now officially terrible.The first kohi asia host was pretty good, I got around 110-150ms and it was fun to mess around on.
The firt badlion asia server was basically the same and everyone I talked to on there said it was really good, solid connection, good box, great ping.
Then for reasons unknown to me the host was changed, then I got around 150-160 which was fine for me but so many people complained, so many people. The entire chat was constantly talking about how bad their connections were so somehow, instead of moving back to the original host we get a new, even worse host.
how are you this slow. Just put it back on the original host.

There are more donators in Japan=Priority hosting. And if you get 10 more ping per day that's your internet. Phrase it nicely before someone decides to forum ban you.Posted on 30 August 2016 - 06:44 AM

When did this happen? As far as I know, they're using Japan AWS hosting.

If Japan starts getting more players online than Singapore did then that is the end of the discussion. From what I am seeing the asian region is now growing instead of shrinking/staying constant.

Second host was Japan - Was alright but many had issues
Now there is a third mystery host which is fucking trash

I don't know. MasterGberry and Archybot don't consult me in the host changes that they do.
