As you are a staff member, what do you find most important to look for in a candidate?Which staff members did you look up to when you were recruited and which do you look up to now?
How old are you?

Well I generally find it most important to look for people who are really enthusiastic, friendly and have a good work ethic :D
Wow there is so many, like when I was recruited I looked up to SkyWalkeers, Nicosby, Joeninetyjc, RealSportsFan, Meyp, Saimo and Redex as these were the people I seen day to day and moderated the server with. I also always looked up to Listen <3 and ItsEternity too :D Nowadays nothing has changed! Except I now look up too a few extra people like Kahstrono, Unwise, DexterMC, Link, MyMyselfAndCube, and many many more. The reason being is that when I first joined I only knew EU mods who I directly moderated with but now I've got to know Mods from other time zones who inspire me in different ways :D
I'm also 15 :D

Thank you @Metarus for your kind words and the questions. In addition I think I may as well do an opinion of you while I'm here so I think your a brilliant and friendly person who is very respectful and chill, in addition your an active forum poster but instead of posting garbage you post insightful and relevant content which is appreciated by many people. Italy, the boot shape is amazing and Italy is a great country as well :D
So I just conferred with a Map and I quite like Nevada shape :p
