Just saying that 3 of the ladders you listed are heavily bow based so they're meant for the bow to be "spammed." Everyone has their opinions though and I respect that but I'm fine with bow or melee and neither can really be abused.

Diamond is alright for like back in the day pvp but now it's all just bows. Sword is barely needed

iron soup (back to s12, none of this inventory of soup crap)

vanilla (take out the inventory editing, add debuffing regen pots to the inventory)

horse (add ability to get off horse, and add enchanted gear + 3 and 1 healing)

Archer (no more length damage based shots)

i dont really wanna see these kits removed (cept' mabye vanilla) but i just had a few suggestions.

There is literally no 100% sword based ladders but if we have to classify it would be like this

Sword Based: Diamond, Gapple
Bow based: Archer, Iron, UHC, Horse (Build and SG could be classified as bow ladders because you have enough arrows to kill somebody)
Pot: NoDebuff, Debuff, Vanilla
Balanced: BuildUHC, SG
Soup: IronSoup

Althought 6 are speed ladders, 6 are non speed
