To answer your question, you don't need to know. It's a totally different system and is more skill based than consistency based, and because of that they're practically incomparable.

There is a 100% accurate conversion, but it's near impossible without numbers that only archy and possibly the other admins/devs have.
ImIced, Hivlik, and I came up with a very good approximate conversion. Take a look.
Archy has confirmed this as the most accurate conversion yet.
