K, all I do I just click with my middle finger, I'll private a video of me clicking if I can get on my computer. If you don't mind I don't have a mouse cam, I'll have the CPSMod just to prove, because I really can't have anymore proof than NohBoard or CPSMod. And I'll showcase how I click. Cps doesn't matter as much as people say it does, as long as you get can like 6 cps your good. I can get up to 10 cps without jittering which I think is the highest anyone can get without jittering to be honest.

It's possible to get up to 10 without jittering just extremely hard I have done it a few times before. 9 is pretty hard but I get it pretty decently.
Below 9 is pretty easy.

The best way to click faster using normal means is just click a ton.
When you're bored, just grab your mouse and click. Doing hand muscle workouts is probably helpful too.
