Vault Battles?

So recently I have been enjoying Vault Battles and it went offline. I was wondering what happened? I have heard from many people with different answers such as,- Its being removed
- Updating
- Bugs / Fixes
- Other.
So I really dont know, and I want a staff's response and be truthful about the situation because, I know as myself, and for others we would like to know.
