Comey's reasoning for why she was not indicted was something along the lines of that they couldn't prove there was intent to purposefully expose classified and such information.
However, there is a great deal of backlash against their conclusion for so many reasons.
1.) Hillary's team went out of their way to delete those e-mails. They bought some program that virtually got rid of the e-mails for good. Why would you need to do that if there is nothing to hide? Perhaps only because there was classified information. But then that goes against her repeated line that she didn't know there was any!
2.) Those e-mails showed there was likely REASON to obscure them and use their own private server. There was evidence that may lead to the conclusion that her state department and the private Clinton Foundation were intimately linked. You donate to her foundation, and she gives you access to the US state department and possibly favors that go along with it. That is not good!
3.) The AG Loretta Lynch met with Bill Clinton right before Comey announced the FBI's decision. This meeting was supposed to be secret and on their private jets. They got caught. They claimed they were talking about "grandchildren" for thirty minutes.
This disastrous e-mail scandal is not going away either. Julian Assange, the guy who owns WikiLeaks, is about dump a whole bunch more e-mails and other correspondences with Hillary that apparently have the potential to be even worse than what we already know!
Top it off with her recent pneumonia diagnosis and other blunders, and you have one flawed candidate.
