I stopped because I got caught so I thought it was a good time to go legit.
I didn't invent the term 8 blocking, there were people using it before me.

When you start sprinting, the first hit you give someone knocks them back more then any hits after that give them less knockback. So if you reset your sprint between every hit you can knock them back much more. Thats the basics of it although there are many subtle effects depending on how you time your sprint resets and which method of sprint reset you use (hybrid blockhit, w tap etc.). These other effects can also do nice things like make you take less knockback and offset the enemy on your screen. So even though on their screen they are very far away on yours they are within hit range.
