Thanks for detailed answer, but i know the basics of sprintreseting in its various forms. I was interested in what way hybridblockhitting is different from w tap or permanently blockhitting. From what i have seen it seems you blockhit only once to reset your sprint (?)Is it true that you set your right click to a key to improve your hybridblockhit?
Sorry if i am annoying with these mc pvp related questions..

I'd say one of the main differences with block hitting is this. When you block hit you are guaranteed to either get a reset sprint hit, or no hit at all. With w tapping if you time it bad you'll end up hitting them anyway but it will just be a normal hit. Also when you block you are still slightly moving forward where as when you w tap you come to a complete stop. I'm not exactly sure what effect this has on pvp but it is definitely fair to say hybrid blockhitting feels a lot different to w tapping.
As for the differences between blockhit and hybrid blockhit… blockhit is is basically just spamming left and right click at the same time, because of the way blockhitting works they are guaranteed to get reset sprint hits without even having to time it so it is very easy for new players to just jump in and blockhit to help them get combos without having to understand what is going on. Hybrid blockhitting is just tapping right click once between hits, similar to what people do with w tapping and I do set my right click to a keyboard key to help me time it.

Started playing minecraft pvp in june 2012.
Had the top mcpvp hg stats for the longest time, before me I think the highest win/loss ratio was around 25% but I actually was winning more matches than I was losing so I had around a 55% win ratio.
Was top rated on minehq kitpvp for a very long time with a rating of like 2450.
