So i recently saw uhc elite eu and na in which people from eu fight it out and then people from na. The winners of each region go to uhc mundial.
But my idea differs a little bit and i was inspired by both uhc elite and football world cup.

Lets for example eu. We make a small tournament for each country or we choose/nominate people from each country to repredent it, the idea is that each country would have a specific amount of people that will fight it out with other countries. Im just giving a global idea but if i want your opinions concerning the details and if you would like to see such things happen.

Edit: there is 1 main problem with this idea, its how to be sure that people come from that exact country. But i think that there are many ways to identify them
