Recently i've been playing more safe and been rodding more and bowing when someone eats his gapple and its been working for me. :)

I play defensively I think Im the like best defensive player. I get 1 or two hits with w tapping, and I s tap and bow. If I did everything correct, thats 4 hearts :P and just spread your water and get a free hit. Or lava spam your ass off like @reb_hi does and get 2500 build elo :DDDddd

If u wanna improve, just buy a connection and move near to the host, then, u will be a god, u wont take kb and ur reach/double/triple hits will be annoying for all of badlion community.
Conclusion;If u dont have less than 40ms u wont be good in Badlion/Build UHC, ah, and u can tryhard too!!!!!!
