Even at Emerald IV for build UHC, it can take over 30 seconds to find a matchSuggestion: After 20 seconds, increase the pool to everyone. It is annoying to have to wait for a while to get a game. I really do wonder how people at the top of the leader boards will cope having to wait ages for a game.
EDIT: After 10 seconds, increase the pool slightly. For example. Emerald 5 could be matches with silver 2+ after to seconds.
20 seconds, Increase the searching to all ratings.

Meh -1 if it goes to all ratings each time, people wont fight high rated players anymore.
