Question 1: Slots always change based upon Network issues but donators will be able to join when it's full because they have que priority.
Question 2: 4 DTR
Question 3: Same as in a regular UHC they will be allowed. If something gets too out of hand in the terrian myself or Stove can remove them
Question 4: If someone goes raidable you will be able to just go in and take their items. You cannot claim over another factions claims.
