He isnt kidding. I had ATT until 1 week ago. I was getting 60ms then 85ms theb it would range from 164 to 1160ms and thats not a typo. I just switched to cox and its been much better. ATt doesnt offer higher than 45mbps internet and they havent even introduced high speed technically

Thats still not great but its not bad. ATT is having massive routing problems right now according to their forums
