Since my friend couldn't create a account since he can't computer lol. I also could not post this on the appeal forums since I t wont let me unless im banned.

He needs to have a computer, create a forums account, and appeal on there. No other way to do it.

His computer being bad isn't a reason he can't make a forums account, just type /register in game and follow the steps.
