Apps are not closed as there are certain positions I don't have filled, and I don't want to hire anyone until the full team is complete as based off those open positions, I might change already chosen positions due to me wanting this staff team to work well together.

Maybe as a suggestion beside the positions you still feel the need to fulfill add beside it open? So more players that view this application can see which areas are less dense than others, so you could obtain more applications for those regions?

I don't know, most people who want to apply will have already applied/are writing their applications some time in the near future.

what i was saying is that archy should inform people who read this thread which spots arent as full example EU Germany- OPEN

No, because if there's someone who's more qualified than a guy who archy was planning on recruiting, and this person can work well with other community managers and staff as well, archy will most likely go for them to make the whole process easier.

I never said they cant apply for other regions, im just stating the simple fact he can write like a single adjective that relates to the community that they know that some areas are less dense in applications.
