Hey guys. So the past few months we have been plagued with problem after problem in terms of hosts/internet/networking. Today I am happy to say that we have given up on some of our current providers/solutions and are placing hardware orders for new data centers in our existing regions. The delivery date is unsure yet, but we will be happy to share more information when it gets closer.North America
As previously stated we will be moving to the mid-west for NA. The location is in Chicago. The approximate ping from California is 55-60, from NYC it is 25, from Florida it is 50, and from 30 in Texas.
Europe
We will be changing our European location as well. We will be moving to Frankfurt Germany as our new location. Most player's pings should shift up or down about 5-10 at most.
Australia
In addition to moving our NA/EU locations we will also be moving our Australia location as we have had way too many problems there as well in the past few months. Hope to keep the region online with less crashes/downtime. We will be staying in Sydney Australia as this is the ideal location for the largest portion of our players.
South America
South America is staying where it is at since there are no other reliable options. We are working on trying to fix the bad routing though with our provider. Can't promise anything sadly. This is how the internet works, sometimes things can be modified, sometimes things can't.
Asia
As far as Asia goes we are determining if we want to even keep the region opened. There has been little to no financial support from it. All of the other regions are in the green in terms of costs versus purchases. Asia is barely negative at the moment. The region is really spread out and there is no perfect location for everyone to be able to use as of now. We might just close shop and open it up again when we feel there is a better market for us.
Conclusion
We might move some locations earlier than others depending on how quickly we can get the hardware we have ordered. Just be a bit more patient with us as we try to sort out the kinks by transferring data centers and also work out whatever small issues we gain from our new data centers.

I feel like the move of EU will help Asian players get lower ping, maybe even close to under 100. I'd have to see though.Edit: 400 km Delta in distance from where I live…
