You allow BetterSprint which is already an unfair advantage against everyone using default mc. Why not allow autoclicking?All it does is make it a level playing field as many people can't click fast and the only people that can are the ones at the top of the tables.
Plus it could save peoples lives and stop them jittering and getting carpal tunnel.

What a ridiculous argument. BetterSprint is a third party mod, just like Autoclick. Fps relies on your computer which is not, a third party modification. There is a big difference.

I was never actually suggesting we allow autoclicking (in fact, I'm working on a very specific argument about why it's disallowed besides the obvious).
My question was purely theoretical: IF autoclicking was allowed, what would the effect be on the competitive meta?

If you argument like that I could also say this:-allow AutoClicking…
- allow aimbot…
-remove sprinting…
-remove strafing…
-set FPS limit to 24…
…because people can't do it as good.

Chill.It was also a topic of potential debate so I went ahead and did it. @chay_on9jai 55 cps makes very little difference to 20cps, if anything it's worse. You're going to have a lot of hits not registering, or registering too fast you can't pull off a combo. I personally use 11-12 cps for optimal PvP with an autoclicker, anything above 20 makes tiny difference.
You can talk all you want about autoclicker having reach, it doesn't. Modified clients give reach, not autoclick.
And why is BetterSprint allowed even when not included in default MC?
As far as I know the only reason it's allowed is "because Mac users can make this so it's just 1 press" if I remember correctly. (might be wrong) If that's the argument, why not allow macros/autoclick? Both are just because of the software in the computer (Apple/Razer) so why not?
@DerRevilos People get better aiming with practice. People get better strafing with practice. But you can click as fast as you can for a year and gain nada cps above normal. Another alternative is to start jittering, but that is rumoured to bring health problems. You're not going to get health problems from strafing too much are you?
