There are approximately 20-25 UHC matches in a day. I think you should increase that and decrease the maximum player number per UHC match.

Staff aren't robots, we can't simply host more UHCs.

Hosting takes a ton of time and effort. I don't think we should push UHC staff any more than we already do.
