Well basically there's this bug where sometimes in the meetup people are wearing full armor from the standard kit, but it isn't showing on them visually. When I hit them, they don't die in 3 swings or anything as if they had no armor on, they definitely have armor there but it just isn't showing for some reason.

Yeah everyone who is visible during the countdown appears to have no armor once the match starts. Anyone who is out of sight before the match will still appear with armor after the game starts.
