So, what happened, I joined the lobby played a match, could not get out of spec.After I /hub and then join back and this is what it says.

LOL I remember when Na went down during the peak of the day (when everyone is online). Everybody flocked to Eu and literally every kit was full. Even the unpopular ones. There was so many people and packets that basically that was ddosing the server. My 100 ms to eu turned to 200-300 and everything was so laggy LOL
