At first I thought the website had been updated however when I spoke to other people about it they said they were still using the old version of the website which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/3c10cd269d74487540bce5f4891d5150. I would appreciate if someone could help me out

The website design has been updated and the screenshots you provided are correct ^.^
