I try and treat everyone with respect, and try to be as honest as I can all the time. Usually, that tends to work out, and if I genuinely enjoy talking to someone it's pretty easy for me to be nice.
As for how I keep motivated, there's a few things. For one, I'm personally committed to helping Badlion be successful. I believe Badlion is imperfect, but still the best server out there. I'm also pretty ambitious, so my desire to eventually do more than I currently do as a senior keeps the pressure on myself to do more. I also do a variety of small things on the side, like my new unofficial tourney hosting and running @BadlionNews, both of which keep me part of the community and engaged.
