Less restrictions than you would think. I make an effort to be polite almost all the time and professional most of the time, but I never want to become robotic or stifle myself. One of the things I love about Badlion is the relaxed environment outside of the important staff moments. There are times when I need to be 100% serious and professional to be able to represent Badlion properly and do my job, but most casual interactions on forums and twitter are relaxed. And personally, I'm someone who values politeness and a lack of toxicity in general, so this isn't that far for how I'd act without my position.

Hey Harvard,Unwise has worked for the badlion network for 3 years, over these years I have seen his pvp skills develop and his skills at catching hackers have improved. This may seem as it does not matter but trust me, that is a very important skill. He has also learned rod pvp, pure melee, bow and how to chug. This will be helpful in life when you are running down the alleyways of Chicago.

Seriously though, that's tough. I have three separate answers, and I'm not sure which one I'd choose.
1. Refocus away from UHC/SG/Factions and back to Arena, working on making the arena servers easier to moderate, even more fun, and more than just a way to play BuildUHC and occasionally NoDebuff.
2. Rebuild the current system of staff policy, including how we hire and train staff members, with the intention of clarifying policy and increasing the consistency of our moderator team.

I'm not entirely sure what the community manager position will actually look like - yes, I did read the job description, but I don't know how large the team will end up being or how much power any individual community manager will have. I would love to be able to host team events where staff and community members intermix and talk to each other on Teamspeak, helping bridge the gap that still exists. If I could wrap that in with promoting seldom-used Badlion gamemodes, like a staff-community randomized team event showcasing the new CTF servers, that would be a dream.
