Beta tester cosmetic cases didn´t work.

I tested the season 14 beta and got the cosmetic cases like normal. I opened the 5 of them and I have none of the supposed prizes.I think the glitch is that I opened it on SA when the season just started. But that´s just my guess.
I just want the trail it told me I had ;-;

Aw :c that kinda sucks.I had a couple issues like that once when I opened cases on AU but not having them not register properly :/
Did you get any cosmetics or did you just get nothing and the cases disappeared?

I opened them all in a row, and it said as if I was getting things, even a trail, but I have absolutely nothing.. :(
