New monitor = new issues [FOR FUCK SAKES]

ok so i bought a new monitor and there is a few issues with it.1st its a benq ( https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-XL2411Z-Monitor-Supported-seamless/dp/B00ITORITU/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1475108305&sr=1-1&keywords=BenQ+XL2411Z ) and for a some reason theres a few setting greyed out on the monitor. the setting that i wont the most to not be greyed out is the saturation and hue. how can i fix this. halp please.
