Please, don't come up with stupid/immature questions. I want to have some nice discussions about Badlion, or even irl stuff. I'm open to almost every kind of topic, so don't be afraid to ask/start a discussion.
Please, don't spam this with "Opinion?". Just do it if you know I know you, or if you think I may have heard of you for some reason. As I said in the original post, I really want clever/interesting questions. I'm okay with this "opinions" stuff, at least try to attach this question to an interesting one, please.

Well, I obviously can handle much more stuff and be a lot more helpful than a Blue Rank. In particular, I've noticed people come to me for pretty much everything. It could be an appeal, a chat offense, a bug/glitch, sometimes not Arena-related, and I know they trust me and believe I'm good at helping them. This makes me feel really good, and actually motivates me to do more and more. However, due to some irl issues, such as internet dying, I often ended up being quite inactive/went on LOA for a week or longer in the past months. This really hurt my motivation in August, which was a really, really bad time for me. I was thinking about resigning at some point. But I got my manager, Listen, and many other Seniors to cheer me up and make me feel a little bit better.
Redex, you were one of those people I couldn't kill in an Archer 1v1. I was really mad at you sometimes, but then I grew up and I noticed you're just a chill guy like me, who enjoys playing Archer and is pretty good at it ;).

I almost instantly felt the need to reply, stating my own opinion on the whole situation. This was my reply to this guy's post.
As you can see in the second "paragraph", I said I had already tried to apply for staff, in July I think. After this event, on October 25th, I tried again, more motivated than ever, since I felt the need to help the Italian community, and be that one person they want to be looking for if they have an issue. I love helping people, irl too, and I'm quite good at it honestly. So I thought I'd give it another try.

I've always thought you sweat a bit too much ingame, but I understand that's how you enjoy playing minecraft. You just came back, and I think you're a good staff member. Too bad you're NA, because, for some reason, I feel like I'd have some fun with you in 1v1s ;)
