Starwars or Startrek? I've never watched them x)
Any people that you see and think would be a good fit for staff, and why? Meh. I don't really keep track of people who could be a good staff memeber. Some friends of mine would do a good job, though,if they were a bit more active and enjoyed badlion a bit more.
Go on a free vacation or win the lottery? (When I say this I mean would you rather have experience over currency - and if vacation where?) I'm a greedy fuck,so I choose to win the lottery.
Why Badlion? You have devoted many hours of your time to this server / community but what is your motivation to stay? Well, I applied because I really felt the need to give back to the server and help the community, mainly because Badlion is a really good server, surely better than every other PvP network. I've put so much time into this simply because I still enjoy doing it, even after almost one year as staff. I don't think I'll resign anytime soon, I'm not satisfied with what I've done so far, I want to do more and reach new heights, this are two of the reasons why I applied for the Community Manager position.
What do you think about all the recent staff resigning? (Panda_Chips, Prplz, NotStove, and JustPeter? I think all these people are focusing on something they enjoy more than Badlion, which is good. Although it's really sad to see some people leave the team, I always happily understand the reasons behind it. If you don't really like this anymore, or if you think this is slowing you down/holding you back, then it's good (and for your best) to leave and dedicate yourself to, say, school or other irl stuff. Badlion needs a lot of time and effort, and sometimes it just can't be your priority.
Would you rather be hated or forgotten? Hated.
Opinion of NotStove leaving badlion for minehq? He probably didn't enjoy his time here/didn't fit the group. I don't care that much tbh.
What do you think the future of other servers looks like? (Specifically Minehq and PvpLounge since they are in my opinion badlion's biggest competitors right now.) I don't think they will ever be good competitors, they're too small and will hardly get at Kohi's level (which was actually a good competitor).
Who are 2 - 3 resigned staff you would like to see return to the team?
Alaska (my first manager) and prplz

Oh, forgot my opinion on you. You seem to be a pretty mature forumer, and I really like it!

Nah, it's not dying. The problem is, people think the only fun part about Minecraft is pvp, and just like everything else, doing it for too long will constantly make you more bored and mad, which results in you not enjoying it anymore. I think there should be a good balance between playing competitively and for fun. Some people take this way too seriously.

Super power: complete control over time or invisibility, not too sure.

How do so many Europeans speak English so fluently when most don't live in the United Kingdom or English speaking countries? Been wondering this for a while, and I can assure you this isn't the same in America. Many people here can't even speak our language properly

Ciao Monta! Since there's not many Italian archers around, I'd pick:
(No particular order)

You; you are a really good player overall, even though you're not putting as much effort as you used to due to lack of motivation and stuff like that. You were one of those people I couldn't beat at all, and sometimes I still need to tryhard to win. I hope you'll eventually get back into 1v1s :)

Cribbio; He's the guy who basically taught me how to get better at pvp. Since then, I've improved a lot, and I will never forget how much time he used to spend with me just for the sake of training me. He was an Italian archer god Imo at the time, and I remember you two had a lot of close fights xd I was so jelly!

GioviGiovi; I've never talked to this guy, but I still remember when I first fought him in archer. It happened when I was getting closer to the Archer top 10… he defeated me, as I really couldn't figure out his weird strafe. The first match lasted 7 minutes, and the others ~ 3 or 4. At the time, I thought I was the only Italian player able to reach the top 10 (My personal best was 6th I think, 2317 elo, or something). That guy actually rekt me and went for the top 10. I think he even hit it at some point, and then got drained. Idk if he's still practicing/playing archer, I'd love to play a few matches against him.

Myself; I don't really know any other good Italian archers. There are indeed some decent ones, but they don't deserve to be in this. However, I think I deserve a spot here, as atm I'm the only active Italian archer with a decent/good rating (I've been quite inactive lately sadly) who can actually still make it to the Top10. Also, there isn't really someone who could give us a good competition. Careful though, I don't want to sound like a dick, I'm just stating the truth, as 70% of the Italian pvp community plays Rod kits, 20% plays pot and the rest is just people who don't play competitively anymore.

Opinion: I like you. You're a really mature guy who can easily have a laugh with his friends. You love doing pvp for fun with your friends, and can still be a good leader in competitive team-based gamemodes. I'm glad we are friends, and I really hope you won't quit Minecraft anytime soon.

I don't really know tbh. I guess we feel a stronger need to speak English because there are so many languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish… just to name a few. Speaking (proper) English is the only way to communicate with other people from other Eu countries. While in the US, even if there's a lot of Spanish speaking people, you still speak English almost 100% of the time, and maybe some people take this for granted and don't put much effort into learning and improving it.
Tbh, here in Italy there's a lot of people who can't speak that well too, and it's so annoying sometimes. Our grammar is pretty complicated and some people just don't put much effort into learning how to properly speak it, mainly during school years.
