Yes, as the rules state:Minigames Rule #2 wrote
If the server is marked as a dedicated FFA, teaming will result in punishment.
If you come across any teamers feel free to /report them in game.
Or if you can record them teaming, report it on the forums here: https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/8
If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

As said above use /report or report it on the forums because teaming in a FFA is not allowed and Minigames Mods will get to it.
