Screenshares are really unprofessional. Servers which do SS ban people that have cheats on their computer without knowing if they used it on their server.

Archy keeps dropping bombs about cheaters and how everyone will be happy in about a month or so, what is he planning?
discuss:
What is something that could suddenly happen that would make everyone happy with the cheaters?
GCheat 2.0, what no?
Anti-Shit, you mean GCheat?
Screenshares? I wish, but no.
Client-side anticheat sooner or later
Return of Soup? Probably not.

Sorry for being too general. Correction: There are some servers which ban players if they find cheats on their computer, without knowing if they were actually used on their server.

I stay with my opinion that a ss is not professional:
-It takes too long.
-A lot of cheats can't be detected through a screenshare. Especially clicking related cheats.
-Some people might don't want strangers looking into their computer files also if they weren't cheating.
The thing about servers banning people without knowing if they used the cheats was just something I wanted to say regarding screenshares in general.
Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah if I got frozen on a pot pvp server I would log off and take the ban cuz I don't trust those staff members with a gun at my head. Half of them are "corrupt."

The only possible way to ever have a perfect anti-cheat that bans every single hacker. Basically, you have the game scan the version of MC the player is running, and if they find a hack or un-allowed mod in the scan they ban the player. Copyright and the almost impossible code for that hold it back from happening.

No, but screensharing would help nothing and would just create more problems.
Can you elaborate more on this and why it's an invasion of privacy? Because I don't like screen shares too but I can't explain it when ever someone asks

like when tiszo tried to find porn in my chrome history (he was unsuccessful)

Client aided anticheat: yes, as long as it stays within the launcher and doesn't go to private files.Screensharing: Definitely not. For one its an invasion of privacy to have a stranger looking through Your computer and two it's not easy for someone using Mac or Linux to use join.me. Not everyone has a windows pc.
Antiskid: I thought this was already a part of gcheat but I guess not.
Gcheat 2.0: Sounds too good to be true
Judgment Day: I see one coming but there's no way to be sure.
Return of soup: Don't see how this relates to cheaters, plus soup is dead.
I think whatever is happening is related to ESL.

Because your computer is your own private property, and you shouldn't be forced to allow strangers to roam through your computer with a ban as the punishment if you don't comply. I would gladly take a ban on any server rather than have some random dude see everything I have on my computer.

What about it creating more problems and doesn't help anything

-Wrong. If you're experienced doesn't take that long
-False, clicking related cheats are just as easy to catch as clients (for me at least)
-their problem, if they deny to share screens they get banned. Simple.
