Get rid of them. (or change the rules to mute for spam)The current guideline to mute for spam is 3 similar messages in the timespan of 30 seconds.
Honestly, if you're going to mute for that…that's too much. 30 seconds is an insanely long time, 3 messages is not much at all, it's just generally not very good. The way it is right now, Badlion's chat could use some activity anyway, it's dead because of the multiple chat lobbies.
Also, mods are getting too abusive in the way of muting, and go out of their way to mute whoever is pissing them off, it's just a fact. "Spam" just gives them another reason to justify abuse. Someone says "duel me build" three times, and you have something against that person, bang! Mute! That person appeals mute, manager says it's borderline.
Do away with this rule or change the "spamming" definition to maybe six-seven messages in 20-30 seconds.

What?"Chat could use some activity anyway" as if this is healthy community interaction..? There's no message I can possibly imagine that needs to be said 3 times within 30 seconds in the current chat climate. Why??
