It would benefit Badlion slightly I feel like.
Also, the server is completely shut down now, Chad said he'll most likely sell it though.

I would absolutely love if bl bought it I think old gods that quit might come back to this game and revive the survival game community. Even if archy thinks there plugin is a ton better but if badlion could revive the old mcsg it has a name. Their main issues were the lack of staff members to ban the hackers (They also had biased, immature, and downright retarded staff members). Lack of developers to fix issues with the server, mainly their "anti cheat" which was garbage. Also the owner being inactive for about a year now, so practically no supervision at all.

Very well summed up. There were issues later on, including their blatant copying of The Park, but the ones you listed encapsulate the major issues nicely.

People like the simplicity of it, and the tiering is incredibly well balanced. Not saying Badlion's is bad in any way, it is just that a lot of people enjoy MCSG's very vanilla feel. No chest drops or special twists like that, just plain and simple SG.

MCGamer's SG plugin is near perfect, way better than Badlion SG 2.0But other than that the server was cancerous and very shit
