Whenever it happens to me I just do /hub, it doesn't take a match and I'm good to join queues again. It happens to me like once out of every 75 matchesPosted on 08 October 2016 - 12:51 PM

@Saevar2000 This is a different bug. The one that I believe they're looking at is where you leave a queue and then it says already in game and takes 15 minutes for the game to end to continue playing.Posted on 08 October 2016 - 03:30 PM

Here's what I know about it:The bug occurs when leaving a queue, (only happened with ranked for me so far) and your redstone will sometimes disappear for your hotbar. When right clicking the paper, it reads "Currently in queue for:" with no ladder after it. You can still be placed in a match, and I have been placed in a match after doing /hub and I was redirected to the arena. I'm positive that no rating is lost if you log out while in the glitched queue as this has happened numerous times. The bug doesn't effect your matchmaking, it just keeps you in the queue and does not display queue information.
How it can be reproduced:
I am usually able to reproduce this bug by joining a queue (one with fewer players will help) and once there are multiple players in the queue, I quickly switch to the redstone in the hotbar and leave. This bug is more common for me when there are players in queue but may also occur when there is no one in it. One thing that could cause this bug is that the system has found a possible match and is still showing as "searching" in the chat. It takes time once a match is found before it is created and started (from my experiences). Because a match has been found, it won't let you leave the queue and will keep you in it thinking you are going to be sent to a match. This is definitely a possibility because I have noticed that once someone of equal rating joins the same ladder as you it will still take a few moments to be placed in the match.
There have already been a few videos reproducing the bug but if you want another one I can try to start a channel and put it on there I guess.

I'm pretty sure this has something to do with leaving the queue right before you're about to enter a match. I'm not 100% sure but there are times when it takes too long to queue so I try leaving it to requeue, but then it says no because a match started.A solution could be to disable leaving the queue and to make an are you sure thing before you join a ladder. This is a meh thing for me cuz you don't know if something may happen and you need to leave but aye gl with it hopefully this helps

So basically I can recreate this whenever I want too.The Procedure to recreate this(the way i think it is atleast:
Join build/sg que, wait 2 secs leave, then join opposite kit u did b4 so if u did build do sg then keep right clicking the paper and you will see the currently que 4 nothing and u can't leave

Update - I have recorded a video on how that glitch is happening.For any ladder..we just have to quickly join and leave..then it'll say that you're not in a queue…1 minute later you'll be queued upfor the stuck in a match part :-
If you join the uhc meetup and quickly leave,it shows the same msg..but this time..after relogging..a msg pops up giving you the option to rejoin the server you were on previously.But as shown in the video…it says the specified server does not exist.And if I join any ladder after doing that glitch,it'll say im in queue but in reality I'm not (as you can see in the video..it says 0 in queue whilst I was in the queue) and even when people join I won't get queued..I think this is sufficient enough and is the only way to reproduce the glitch.Hope this'll help.Oh and if I join a uhc meetup after /hub'ing and coming back to the arena..it says I'm in a match..I believe that is how you reproduce this shit.
