I'm not really suggesting that Emerald is removed but I'd like to point out that barely anyone has hit diamond and no one has even gotten close to masters. There were supposedly 4 players in masters for builduhc in S12 and no one has gotten above diamond IV. A lot of S12 (albeit a small portion of it in comparison to the rest of the season) was during the summer break, I think about 4 weeks (ranges depending on when the break starts) so more people were playing. Now with school, people won't play as much; it's not that everyone hates MMR, it's a lot about the school and whatnot.Posted on 12 October 2016 - 11:35 AM
And plus if masters is equivalent to 2600~, there were barely any people that hit that in season 12. It's not supposed to be easy, and you aren't supposed to be able to get there quickly. Similar to 2700 elo for season 12. Only like 2 people got there…Posted on 12 October 2016 - 06:47 PM
