I have an idea for a scenario which would be very fun, even if it was very rarely played and stateless.
Basically about two years ago me and my friends started an amp (the server died because my friend who hosted it quit)
anyway so in this SMP it was all irl friends and tbh we were terrible.
We spent the first few nights either trying to kill mobs with wooden pickaxes or hiding in dirt houses and it was fun.
We all eventually built a house (like 10 of us in the same house, we also stole each others stuff a lot lol)
and all in all it was one of the best experiences I've had playing this game.

for the last year and a half I've gotten into the whole uhc and pot pvp scene and miss the old days were no one was good and mobs actually killed us.
So the only logic solution would be a game mode where mobs are harder and people cant just cave full d.
So I'm thinking a game mode where you cant dig down or place blocks till past 30 minutes and are allowed to make truces with people also pvp enabled at the start and
zombies spawn rate is increased by 80% and have speed 2 and strength.
Yeah i think it would be fun anyway thats all i got bye.
