Also you must be ranked in every ladder if you want to get a good global ranking.

It's not. Just dont spend your time on ranked/sweating/tryharding etc. Just play unranked play with your friends just have fun. You dont need to prove if youre good or not. If someone calls you bad give them the L and link them your s12 ladder profile :)

not necessarily every ladder. I haven't done iron diamond or horse and I'm still like #112 global.
