shouldn't a kick require evidence?

Mods don't have to gather any sort of evidence/proof in order to kick someone, say, for camping. It's not really fair because mods can easily abuse this to the point where they follow anyone they dislike and kick them. When a staff report gets filed the manager evades the question and the burden of proof falls on the defendant, as seen.
Thoughts?

I mean, I'd prefer evidence if it's during a ranked match, but any other time I'm just kinda like whatever.

Also, abusing this power would be very risky. An old mod, not going to name names, did this. Unfortunately for him, the player was recording and he got demoted.

I personally don't think having to record for camping should be mandatory, but I try to always take screenshots of it just in case. It's easy to see if someone is sitting in a corner on a choke point with screenshots and doesn't take any time at all to do.

Well close friends of mine have told me how m0xy has freely kicked them in ranked matches against him for no reason, but with a recording rule this sort of stuff could be stopped

It wasn't unfortunate at all, I saw the video and that mod was a complete idiot, if he hadn't been recorded he would have continued getting ELO unfairly
