make unpopulated ladders have more lenient matchmaking

I'm not even that high of a rank on debuff, but it's near impossible to get into matches because more than half the time, there's 0 people in queue and i have to wait SOMETIMES 15 MINUTES to get into 1 match. please do what you did for smaller areas (australia/asia) for the ladders that no one plays, and make it so that there's a wider range that you're able to be queued with. no one has enough patience to stay in the queue for 20 seconds and get forced into a match.Posted on 16 October 2016 - 07:08 PM

that was exactly my point. i will wait 20 seconds, but no one else has enough patience so i just sit in queue forever unless i spam "join this ladder" until someone good joins
