Confused about rankings

In Season 12 I was 1800 in archer and in season 14 I peaked at Gold 3 so far, however I looked at this chart (devised by Unwise) which says gold 3 is only 1760 which baffles me since I didn't try as hard in season 12 as I am in season 14. yes
gold III archer is ~1870 if i would make a guess but im probably not accurate

Nah it's probably not cause I was 1800 archer and this season I am Gold 2
