A Client Side Anti Cheat

Probably, or trigger as soon as the client sends an abnormal packet that it shouldn't. It's still not going to detect external autoclickers, which makes me happy :) So I can still play for a month or 2 until the next JD.There will still be clients coded to bypass this, inevitably, so not all clients will be gone, but most wizardhax ones will.
